GetManagementNodeDirCapacity

Obtains the capacity of a management node directory. For example,
GetManagementNodeDirCapacity managementNodeUuids=33a2f11d59aa321aa4acfa78afe8f35a,6bf0aca356a13cf787d87ceeb8fcba7f
